Welcome to Hillsdale High School Track & Field Our goal is to continue to strengthen our track & field program and have an awesome 2023-2024 season. Congratulations to all our Fighting Knights on a very successful track and Field season!  Here's the season by the numbers:

• 3 CCS Finalists 

• 2 relay and 7 individual CCS  Semi-finalists (Largest contingent in the past 20 years)

• 2 Relay and 4 Individual PAL Champions 

• Girls Varsity being undefeated and winning the Ocean Division and then placing second at the PAL Finals!

• Boys taking 6th at both the PAL Varsity Finals and the Frosh/Soph Championships

• 13 All-League Individuals performances and 2 All-League Relay teams

• 17 Hillsdale top 10 All Time list performances on the season
